El Coyote has become our favorite Mexican restaurant. Family owned and operated, the staff is so friendly and kind. The food is made fresh and made to order. It is so delicious we try something different every time we go or take out. We have yet to find something we didn't enjoy. If you eat in, the restaurant is small, but comfortable. It isn't prepared for a large group of, but take out is available.
My #1 spot for authentic food from an authentic family. Love this place. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend.
Why have I not been here before ???? My server Gabriel and Brother Junior offered excellent service !!! The FOOD SOOO SAVORY !!! Their parents are the cooks!! How LUCKY , Ambiance is authentic Mexican culture.
Little hole in the wall place located in the gas station "strip mall" WOW! They were busy which I overheard a regular customer saying to one of the owners "get it while you can", it's all family run and amazing food. We will definitely be back here when in the area. The portions are huge? We started with half order of beef nachos they were perfect, my husband had 3 combo taco, steak, shrimp and chicken he had to bring one home I had the cheese quesadilla w/peppers and onions (I took 3 out of 4 home) they were both served with rice which was the best rice we have ever had, lettuce, sour cream and pico de gallo and refried beans w/queso. I know what I'm having for lunch today. Go there when you can and support a family business u will not be disappointed
If your in the area and craving Mexican do not look further. This food was some of the best I have had if your searching for authentic Mexican cuisine. You can tell this is a family owned shop and the food speaks for itself. Do not let the gas station in the parking lot deter you (it almost did for us and I'm so glad we gave it the benefit of the doubt). This is a small spot so make a reservation if you can. It is also BYOB so feel free to bring a drink or two with you! I will defiantly be back when I'm in the area. P.S. get the guacamole!!!
